Delicate and pretty nose with strawberry cream highlights. Palate is dominated by bright vibrant fruit, strawberry prominent once more layered with sour cherry which delicately linger on the palate before disappearing into a long finish with lingering aromas of rose water.
Pair with seared salmon served with baby leaves cucumber and tomato salad.

Alluring notes of ripe naartjie leap out of the glass at first sniff, more subtle aromas of freshly chopped lemongrass add an extra layer of complexity and intrigue. The palate has the most incredible creamy mouth filling texture with flavours of blood orange, and orange marmalade and a very appealing sweet spicy note of candied ginger.
Try this with a fish poke bowl, weather salmon or tuna this wine will work beautifully.

Striking example of Chenin Blanc, showing multiple layers of textures and flavours. Ripe lime notes stand out at first sip before opening up onto typical chenin flavours of pear and quince. The wine has a very well rounded texture that fills the palate but is kept refreshingly together by the crisp and bright acidity that is prominent from entry to finish. The wine lingers on long after the last sip with orange blossom aromatics.
Wine would pair beautifully with Mediterranean style dishes, it would complement a moussaka very nicely.

Blackcurrant flavours dominate both nose and palate. The nose is alluring, promising lots of dark fruit with hints of sweet cinnamon and clove. Red plum notes add a layer of complexity to the palate and lengthens the enjoyment as it lingers on to the finish. The tannins are soft and plush giving the wine a lovely creamy texture.

A burst of red fruit explodes onto the palate and lingers, red plum and black cherry flavours stand out layered with an intriguing and appealing subtle note of white pepper. Red fruit and sweet spice aromas are equally prominent on the nose. The wine builds up to a long dry finish where the sweet spice notes evolve into freshly baked hot cross bun aromas.

A very classy and elegant Cabernet Franc. Ripe red plum flavours show beautifully on the nose and are prominent on the palate as well. They are complimented by a delicate herbaceous note of dried oregano. The tannins are powdery and elegant and give the wine a wonderfully soft texture that coats the palate. The bright crisp acidity keeps the wine vibrant. This all comes together into a long dry fruity finish, leaving you longing for the next sip.
