This year’s Platter’s by Diners Club Wine Guide brought a moment of pride to our small, fifth-generation family farm. It reflects not only the quality in the bottle, but the care, patience and people behind it.
We’re delighted to share our 2025 results, which honour both our heritage and our continued pursuit of honest, expressive winemaking.
A Five-Star Triumph: Cabernet Franc 2021
The standout of this year’s lineup is our Cabernet Franc 2021, awarded an impressive ⭐ Five Stars.
Structured, refined and deeply expressive of our site, it is a wine that captures everything we believe great Cab Franc should be. It also received a Good Value Award, recognising the quality it delivers at its price point.
Cab Franc holds a special place for us, and it is incredibly rewarding to see it recognised at the highest level.
Four-and-a-Half Stars for Trutina 2020 and Syrah 2023
Two more wines earned outstanding recognition:
Trutina 2020: ⭐⭐⭐⭐½
Syrah 2023: ⭐⭐⭐⭐½ and Good Value Award
Both wines reflect balance, restraint and thoughtful winemaking. The Syrah, in particular, shows a vintage of purity and poise, while its Good Value Award highlights both quality and accessibility.
Four Stars for Raised by Rain 2021, Chenin Blanc 2024 and Little River Red 2021
Three characterful wines earned solid Four Star ratings:
Raised by Rain 2021: ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Chenin Blanc 2024: ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Little River Red 2021: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ and Good Value Award
Each of these bottles expresses a different story of the farm, whether it is the wild nature of Raised by Rain, the lively freshness of our Chenin, or the elegant structure of Little River Red.
Rosé 2025 Wins the Hidden Gem Award
Another highlight this year was our Rosé 2025, which received the Hidden Gem Award.
Dry, expressive and quietly confident, this Rosé has long been a favourite among visitors, and seeing it recognised as a standout discovery is incredibly meaningful.
