Description

Striking example of chenin blanc, showing multiple layers of textures and flavours. Ripe lime notes stand out at first sip before opening up onto typical chenin flavours of pear and quince. The wine has a very well rounded texture that fills the palate but is kept refreshingly together by the crisp and bright acidity that is prominent from entry to finish. The wine lingers on long after the last sip with orange blossom aromatics

Wine would pair beautifully with mediterranean style dishes, it would complement a moussaka very nicely
